Plus Pricing
Plus Pricing allows you to pay a smaller portion of the device cost upfront, and the remaining portion is charged to your SaskTel wireless bill on a monthly basis.
For example, if you purchased the Samsung Galaxy S10 for $0 upfront with the "Plus Pricing 2YR Voice & Data (+$10/mo.)" option, you would be paying an additional $10/mo. on your monthly bill over the 2 years of your contract.
Note: there is 0% interest on all Plus Pricing option.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase? No problem! You can return or exchange any online or phone order within 30 days.
How it works:
- In-store: Bring your item to any Jump.ca location.
- By mail: Contact us at 306-310-5867 or onlineorders@jump.ca for a free return label, then drop it off at any Canada Post office.
Quick facts:
- Phones must have less than 50% of monthly usage and be in near-new condition.
- Accessories can be returned within 30 days (earphones are non-refundable).
- One free return label is provided per upgrade.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Activation
Once you complete your order, a Customer Care representative will contact you within an hour to finalize your new contract agreement. After, your order will either be shipped out immediately or ready to be picked up at one of our locations.

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone that lets you activate wireless service without a physical SIM card. Just scan the QR code or follow the setup instructions from Jump.ca to get connected instantly.
