A Full Event, On Wheels.
Our 16-foot event trailer rolls into community events across Saskatchewan, showcasing SaskTel wireless, Internet, and maxTV in an interactive way. Our team hosts games, hands out giveaways, and keeps devices and accessories on-site for anyone who wants to upgrade while they're there.
Footprint: 16' wide × 12' deep × 8' tall. Let us know your venue layout and we'll confirm fit.
What We Can Support
Every event is different. Here are the main ways we can show up for yours.
On-Site Experience
Our strongest support is showing up. If your event has room for our trailer and team, that's where we make the biggest impact.
Financial Support
We can consider sponsorship dollars toward your event. Our budget for these is limited, but every request gets a look.
Merchandise
Branded items for your raffles, draws, or prizes to add a little something to the day.
Submit a Sponsorship Request
Tell us about your event. Please submit at least 30 days in advance so our team has time to review.
Review what we can't support
A few things are outside what we're able to fund:
- The same organization more than once per calendar year
- Travel or accommodation costs for out-of-province events
- Capital projects or day-to-day operating costs
- Individual applicants
- Political parties, candidates, or lobby groups
- Religious organizations
- Organizations already sponsored by SaskTel or another SaskTel Authorized Dealer
- SaskTel products and subscription services (these cannot be donated)
