Purchase Online Place your order online at www.jump.ca and choose same-day delivery.

Confirm Order Expect a confirmation phone call within 2 hours (during business hours) to confirm your order, go over your contract and confirm your delivery time.

Track Delivery in Real-time Our StoreToDoor delivery team will text you when your phone is on its way and include a link for you to track your driver in real-time. This is a package you won’t want to leave outside too long – so you’ll want to make sure your home!

Doorstep Dropoff Knock, Knock. Who’s there? A shiny white Jump.ca box placed on your doorstep. Expect a text as soon as it lands at your home from our StoreToDoor Delivery Team letting you know your package has been delivered and ensuring you’re able to collect it.

Contract Confirmation We will call you once your order is placed to confirm your order details and schedule pickup time.
If your order does not include a phone, we will email you when your order is ready.

Meet Us Curbside Call us at the number provided when you arrive outside the determined store. Show us one piece of I.D. to verify your identity and you'll be on your merry way!

Purchase Online Choose Delivery during the checkout process. Once the purchase is complete, when we call within 2 hours to confirm your order and delivery timeframe.

Track Your Package Once your order has been confirmed, you will be emailed a tracking number to keep tbs on the ETA of your package. Deliveries outside of Regina & Saskatoon will be mailed by Canada Post*.

Activating your new phone has never been easier! Simply take your current SIM card out of your device and put it into your new device when it arrives.

Unsure if your current SIM card will fit in your new phone? A representative will call to confirm your order and verify SIM card size at that time. If your current SIM card is a different size, we will ship the correct size SIM card with your new phone. Once you receive your new phone, simply call our Customer Care Centre at 306-310-5867 to get your SIM card activated. Your current phone will remain active until your new phone is activated.
