We are looking to expand our team with customer focused individuals that want to grow with us through in house, on the job, and manufacturer directed training. 

 

The Role:

• Creating amazing experiences for customers
• Assisting customers with repair inquiries and quotations
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing and repair of a variety of Apple products
• Software installations, hard drive/SSD formatting and data back-ups/transfers

 

The Skills:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and accountable
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in mobile or technology-based industry an asset
