• Broken screen
• Broken buttons
• Corrosion
• Liquid damage
• Lost or stolen products are not covered by warranty

How it works

• Devices are sent to a third party for evaluation and repair
• During the term of coverage repairs covered under warranty are done at no cost
• A diagnostic fee maybe charged at the time of making a warranty claim which will be later refunded if repairs are covered under warranty
