Effective immediately, Jump.ca Stores will be available to customers for necessary services only.

Necessary services include:
  • New phone sales and upgrades
  • SIM card swap and replacements
  • Essential accessories (e.g. chargers and protection)
  • Repair and warranty services
  • Emergency trouble shooting assistance 
At this time we will not be offering troubleshooting or assistance with the following in-store:
  • Apps
  • Email
  • Bluetooth
  • Data Transfers or backups
  • Any other service or feature that does not relate to the essential communication functions of your phone.

At Jump.ca, the health and well being of our customers and our associates is our top priority. Effective immediately we are taking the following steps to ensure you can confidently shop with us:

Any Jump.ca employee who is not feeling well or has recently travelled from outside of Canada has been asked to stay home.

If you are not feeling well, or have travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days, we ask you to return home. We can handle almost any request online or give us a call at 306-310-5867.

We have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols for our stores including disinfecting each work station after each interaction.

Upon entry we will provide you a cloth to sanitize your phone and your hands before we provide service.

We will be practicing social distancing within our stores. This will include maintaining a distance of 2 meters between individuals in the store. We will also be limiting the number of people in our store at one time.
