Digital Design Specialist

In the role of the Digital Design Specialist, you will play a key role on the Marketing and Customer Experience team. In this new and exciting role you will bring the Jump.ca brand to life online and in-store, enhancing our customer's omnichannel experience. The person we are looking for is a visual thinker who sees a story to tell in everything. This person should understand the online landscape, have the ability to translate that understanding to our brand, and should be passionate about improving on industry trends. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, Implement, and measure success of branded content across all online platforms
    • Develop and manage the implementation of our content strategy
    • Create and curate content for social media
    • Extend agency produced campaign creative into all digital channels  
  • Develop content for in-store merchandising support
    • Digital displays
    • Product merchandising
    • Printed collateral
  • Ensure brand consistency for all product lines, marketing campaigns, design projects and owned communication channels
    • Consistently review and refresh content on our website
    • Assist with refreshes of email campaigns
    • Design rush campaign elements items as needed

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

What you need:

  • Education or Training related to design and/or digital marketing
  • 1 year experience in design or digital marketing, preferably social media
  • Demonstrated design or video production capabilities
  •  A positive and motivating attitude and ability to adapt
