The successful candidate is a people person, with a natural ability to develop relationships and handle calls in a friendly and professional manner.  You must be a positive, outgoing, tech- savvy individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer service on every customer interaction.

The Role:

  • Create amazing customer experiences.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Qualify and close telephone and online sales
  • Communicate with customers through live chat and email 
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets

The Skills:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Reliable, dependable and accountable
  • Previous customer service and sales experience
  • Knowledge and experience with technology
