Free same day delivery is available on orders placed for delivery in Regina and Saskatoon. In order to qualify for free same day delivery, orders placed in Regina and Saskatoon must be made prior to the Same Day Shipping Deadline outline below. Any orders placed after these times will be shipped out the following day. Customers will receive a phone call to finalize order and a notification (via text or email) when the product is out for delivery.

Specialty accessories not applicable. Device must be in the same city for same day shipping to apply.

Free shipping is available within Canada. All products will be Express Shipped via Canada Post (2-5 business days). When your order is shipped you will receive an email conformation. The email will contain a tracking number allowing you to track the status of your shipment on Canada Post website. 

Note: accessories purchased online without a phone may be subject to a shipping fee within SK. Orders placed outside of SK without a phone will be cancelled due to security parameters.

Activating your new phone has never been easier! Simply take your current SIM card out of your device and put it into your new device when it arrives.

Unsure if your current SIM card will fit in your new phone? A representative will call to confirm your order and verify SIM card size at that time. If your current SIM card is a different size, we will ship the correct size SIM card with your new phone. Once you receive your new phone, simply call our Customer Care Centre at 306-310-5867 to get your SIM card activated. Your current phone will remain active until your new phone is activated.
