develop. We are currently accepting applications for part-time and full time Customer Care
Associates in Regina, SK.
As a Customer Care Associate, you will focus on providing excellent customer service and
experiences. You will have a strong understanding of customer needs and enjoy connecting them
with the right solutions. The ideal candidate is a people person, with a natural ability to develop relationships and handle
calls in a friendly and professional manner. We are seeking motivated, outgoing, tech-savvy
individuals with strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on their feet. Previous
customer service and/or sales experience is an asset. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Answering customer calls and providing support for all Jump.ca products and services
• Qualifying and closing telephone and online sales
• Responding to inquiries and keeping customers up to date with important information
• Understanding the latest technology trends
• Some administrative duties, as required Qualifications:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
